St Joseph’s College is located in the outer eastern suburbs and we are easily accessible by public transport and a range of dedicated bus services.

Regular and reliable bus services operate from a number of locations in the area to the College. Students can also travel by train to Ferntree Gully station and then transfer to a bus or walk 10 minutes directly to the College.

When applying for School Bus Travel, and prior to proceeding to the ‘Application to Travel’ section of the School Bus Management System, applicants are to complete a PTV journey planner assessment at the following location: Should the journey planner assessment identify that you reside within 1.6km to available public transport, you should make arrangements to access that public transport with a concessionary ticket.
